OPPORTUNITY FOR MINISTRY

The Constitution of Bangladesh (under PART I (The Republic) having headline titled “The State Religion” clearly states that “2A. The state religion of the Republic is Islam, but the State shall ensure equal status and equal right in the practice of the Hindu, Buddhist, Christian and other religions.” This Constitution also gives us rights. It states as per section 4.1(1) (b) (freedom of Religion) under the title: Fundamental Rights (PART III):

(a) every citizen has the right to profess, practice or propagate any religion; and
(b) “every religious community or denomination has the right to establish, maintain and manage its religious institutions.”

Apart from that, Government Registration process is simple for Church or Center or any other Ministry as an organization with a low expense and short time. No Regulatory Authority with legal requirement needed for such registered Religious Organizational. Even, administrative and program costs are comparatively low to run here for long-term period.

Any newly registered evangelical and ecumenical church, parachurch, denomination, congregation, network, coalition, institution, faith-based organization etc. can be enlisted respectively under National Church Fellowship of Bangladesh (NCFB) and National Church Council of Bangladesh (NCCB) by fulfilling some certain terms & conditions. Both NCFB and NCCB are working as a safeguard for its own enlisted members.
