Introduction
I had the privilege of attending the “Man of Impact” training program organized by the Singapore Impact Team from 21 to 23 September 2019 in Chennai, India, in association with India Campus Crusade for Christ.
Training Experience
The three-day training provided an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of personal leadership, character development, influence, and the responsibility of making a positive impact in society. The sessions emphasized the importance of purposeful living, effective leadership, teamwork, communication, and serving others with integrity.
The training also provided valuable opportunities to interact with participants from different backgrounds and to learn from experienced trainers and Christian leaders. The practical sessions and discussions encouraged participants to examine their personal strengths, responsibilities, and potential to influence individuals and communities positively.
Learning and Impact
The “Man of Impact” training was a meaningful and enriching experience. It strengthened my understanding of servant leadership and encouraged me to use my skills, experiences, and opportunities for the benefit of others. The knowledge and insights gained from the training have contributed to my personal development and continue to inspire me in my ministry and community-oriented activities.
Conclusion
My participation in the “Man of Impact” training in Chennai was an important learning experience that enhanced my leadership perspective and commitment to making a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of others. I am grateful to the Singapore Impact Team and India Campus Crusade for Christ for organizing this valuable training program.
